Is CrowFlip free?
Yes. Your free account tops up to at least 30 credits every day. Higher balances are preserved. For higher volume, Starter is a one-time €15 option and Pro starts at €29 per month.
Which platforms are supported?
With a connected eBay account, you can view active listings and orders and edit or publish supported offers. For Vinted and Kleinanzeigen, create titles and descriptions to transfer yourself. They do not have equivalent account or order integrations.
How do Standard and Deep Scan differ?
Standard costs 10 credits and creates your listing draft from the product photos. Deep Scan costs 25 credits, analyzes the images at a higher level of detail, and checks the identified product information in an additional AI step. Review the details before publishing with either option.
Is my data stored?
Your listing content is stored in encrypted form. Uploaded images are used for processing and regularly removed from upload storage. Optional eBay sync additionally stores minimal listing and order data with timestamps, without buyer addresses. This sync copy is separate from encrypted listing storage.
How does eBay background sync work?
Enable read-only sync yourself in the orders view. It starts with a 90-day order window, then reads updates and active listings. The worker checks every five minutes; completed streams become due again no sooner than 15 minutes later. Larger accounts can take longer. Dashboard timestamps show actual freshness; this is not a real-time promise.
Does sync change my offers or mark packages as shipped?
No. Background sync reads data and stores observations in CrowFlip. Offer edits, publishing and shipment submissions are separate actions requiring the relevant permissions and your explicit confirmation. The shipment workflow has so far been tested with synthetic data, not a real shipment submission.
